Cognos is IBM's business intelligence (BI) and performance management software suite. Cognos have framework manager, Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Administration, Powerplay, Datamanager, Metadata modeling, Report Authoring etc which are used to create adhoc or custom reports for data analysis.
